Thanks all for the tremendous support! More Anime Boston 2012 photos will be coming. But I want to personally thank a few people.

First of all, all of Baroque Works did wonderfully this weekend. I think branching out is definitely getting us pumped and more creative with our work! Thank you guys for being such outstanding cosplayers and wonderful people. You should all give yourselves a round of applause.

Now, to the personal thank yous:

Nicholas : Those of you who follow us might not know this, but Nick makes a lot of the outfits for Baroque Works. Anything you have seen me (Tony) wear is strictly made by Nick. He puts his heart and soul into all of his work (never mind the occasional tears and blood ) and everything is always prime and properly done. He does this by suffering through long weeks of no sleep, little food, cigarettes, and cups upon cups of coffee. He bangs out excellent work and his attention to detail is excellent. He always lends a hand to friends that need it and he always wants other people to have the best con they can! I think we have all had Nick do something for us in the group. So take a moment to thank him and his very impressive work!

Allison and Jessica : Known to us affectionately as the “Parent Twins” or “Those Cool Sisters” etc, etc. Allison and Jessica take time out of their very busy convention schedule to do private shoots with not just us, but other cosplayers. They are up early to be at scheduled photoshoots on time and both Allison and Jessica take a long time to fish through photos, finding only the best of the best. But it doesn’t end there! Both of them meticulously clean up the photos in order to have the best products out there! Please check out all of their fabulous work here!

Josh : Josh works on staff every Anime Boston. To him, Anime Boston is like a second job. He works on the cosplay contests for every AB and he works hard, grueling days even before the convention has even started. He missed the One Piece shoot this year, but it should be known that everyone who saw him as Trafalgar Law were really excited over his outfit! Please give Josh a hand for really putting his all into making Anime Boston’s Cosplay Contests work as smoothly as possible!

East Blue Cosplay : Specially, thank you to Emma, Steve, Lauren, and oh gosh I can’t believe I forgot the Kuma’s name. But all four of these people were absolutely fantastic. Never mind that the costumes they made were flawless, but they were extremely cordial and kind. You don’t find that much any more. These guys are really some of the best of the best and we really got to know them this convention. Emma also took a lot of our photos - she took the time to get good shots and clean them up for us. Really, that is so generous you have no idea. Please always check out their fantastic work here - they deserve some serious recognition for being mind-blowing artists as well as just some of the best people I have ran into in a while.
